These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between x crickex ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the User") who accesses or uses the services offered at x-crickex.com. The Terms apply to all users without exception, including registered account holders, guest browsers, and any person accessing the platform from within Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction where such access is not prohibited by local law.

Your acceptance of these Terms is indicated by any one of the following actions: (a) creating an account on the x crickex platform; (b) depositing funds into your x crickex account; (c) placing a bet or participating in any casino game offered through x crickex; or (d) simply browsing the platform with the intention of using its services. You do not need to click a specific "I Agree" button for these Terms to apply — your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company, organisation, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. In that event, references to "you" in these Terms shall refer to that entity.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and x crickex. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and another document, these Terms shall take precedence unless the other document explicitly states otherwise.

Governing Language

These Terms are published in English. In the event that a translated version of these Terms is made available for convenience, the English-language version shall be the authoritative and controlling version for all interpretive and legal purposes.

To be eligible to open and maintain an x crickex account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and applies regardless of any differing local age-of-majority law.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

Identity Verification (KYC)

x crickex reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Proof of address may also be requested in the form of a recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial statement from bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay dated within the last three months. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

x crickex uses automated and manual screening processes to detect underage access. Any account found to have been registered using falsified date-of-birth information will be closed permanently. If funds were deposited to such an account, x crickex will take appropriate steps to return net deposits to the verified owner of the payment instrument used, after deducting any winnings derived from play, which shall be forfeited in their entirety.

Single Account Policy

x crickex enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, x crickex reserves the right to close all associated accounts without notice, forfeit all balances, and permanently ban the user from future registration. Bonuses obtained through multiple accounts will be reclaimed in full.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. x crickex strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify x crickex customer support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. x crickex will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. x crickex relies on the information you provide to process payments, verify identity, and deliver support. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information — including a date of birth that misrepresents your age — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Account Currency

All x crickex accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Deposits made in other currencies via Visa or Mastercard will be converted to BDT at the exchange rate applied by the card network at the time of the transaction. x crickex does not charge a currency conversion fee on its side, but your card issuer or mobile wallet provider may apply their own conversion costs.

Accepted Deposit Methods

x crickex currently accepts deposits via the following payment instruments: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Net banking transfers from Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are accepted for deposits above ৳5,000. The minimum deposit across all payment methods is ৳500. Deposit Processing Times

Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard are processed within 5–15 minutes subject to card network authorisation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account balance during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals at x crickex are processed back to the same payment instrument used for the most recent deposit. This same-source policy is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) measure designed to protect your funds. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. x crickex does not charge withdrawal processing fees; however, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Standard mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within 2–4 hours of submission during BST business hours. Withdrawals submitted between midnight and 6am BST are processed during the following morning window. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–2 business days. x crickex reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds verification on withdrawals above ৳50,000 before processing.

Funds Security

Player funds held in x crickex accounts are maintained separately from the platform's operational funds. x crickex does not use player deposits to fund operating expenses, technology infrastructure, or staff costs. In the event of any platform discontinuation, reasonable steps will be taken to return outstanding player balances through the original deposit payment methods.

Chargebacks and Disputes

You agree not to initiate any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal request with your bank, card issuer, or mobile wallet provider in relation to a deposit made to x crickex without first contacting x crickex customer support and allowing a reasonable resolution period of at least 5 business days. Unauthorised chargebacks will be treated as a breach of these Terms. x crickex reserves the right to recover the charged-back amount from any remaining account balance and to close the account pending investigation.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by x crickex — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, and VIP tier bonuses — are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify the total bet volume that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion details page at the time the bonus is offered. x crickex does not embed wagering requirements in fine print — they are displayed prominently before you opt in to any promotion.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered x crickex account holders only. Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria, which may include minimum deposit amounts, time windows for claiming, specific payment methods required, and VIP tier thresholds. A player is not automatically entitled to every available bonus — eligibility must be confirmed before claiming. Bonuses claimed in error due to ineligibility will be voided and removed from the account balance, along with any winnings derived from them.

Bonus Abuse

x crickex employs monitoring systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, using promotional funds exclusively on games with high contribution rates while circumventing the spirit of the promotion, and coordinating with other users to exploit promotion mechanics. Any account found to be engaged in systematic bonus abuse may have its bonuses voided, winnings forfeited, and account suspended without prior notice.

VIP Programme Bonuses

x crickex operates a six-tier VIP programme: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal. Cashback rates, reload bonus percentages, and personal account manager access increase at each tier. VIP bonuses are awarded at the sole discretion of x crickex and are not contractually guaranteed beyond the published tier benefit schedule, which may be updated periodically. Tier status is calculated based on qualifying bet volume over a rolling calendar month and is subject to downgrade if activity thresholds are not maintained.

As a registered user of x crickex, you agree and warrant that you will:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and current information at registration and during any subsequent verification process.

• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display glitches, or incorrect odds resulting from technical errors. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error will be voided.
• Match Fixing and Insider Information: Placing bets using non-public information about the outcome of sporting events, or participating in any scheme to fix the result of a sporting event covered by x crickex betting markets.
• Harassment: Using live chat, support channels, or any platform feature to harass, threaten, or abuse x crickex staff or other users.
• Underage Access: Allowing any person under 18 years of age to access your account or the platform using your credentials.

The x crickex name, logo, visual identity, website design, written content, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other original works displayed on the platform are the intellectual property of x crickex or its licensed content providers (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the x crickex platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x crickex and its officers, directors, employees, partners, game providers, and payment processors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from a technical fault, connectivity failure, or service interruption.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, even if x crickex was advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Losses arising from your breach of these Terms, including account suspension or fund forfeiture resulting from fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• The conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications networks whose services form part of the x crickex user experience but are outside x crickex's direct operational control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits x crickex's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

x crickex's platform is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and shall not be liable for any downtime, maintenance windows, or performance degradation caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including acts of God, telecommunications outages, or regulatory actions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The x crickex platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. x crickex does not warrant that the platform will meet your specific requirements or that results obtained through the platform will be accurate or reliable.

x crickex may revise these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version at x-crickex.com/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. x crickex will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-platform notification prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the x crickex platform after a revised version of these Terms has been published constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.
